The short version
Hork stores everything on your device. We have no server. We collect no personal data. The AI runs on-device. You can delete everything by deleting the app.
Privacy Policy
Your data stays with you.

What data Hork collects
Hork stores your savings amount, payday, and all transactions (income, expenses, goals) locally on your device using SwiftData. None of this data is transmitted to us or any third party.
On-device AI (Ask Hork)
The "Ask Hork" feature uses Apple's Foundation Models framework, which runs entirely on your device. Your financial data and conversation history never leave your iPhone. We have no access to your questions or answers.
No third-party analytics or SDKs
Hork contains zero third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking libraries. The app does not use Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Facebook SDK, or any similar tool. There are no background network requests.
App Store diagnostics
If you've opted in to share analytics with app developers via iOS Settings, Apple may share crash reports and aggregated, anonymised usage data with us through App Store Connect. You can opt out at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
No account required
Hork does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or authenticate with any service. There is no Hork server because there is nothing for us to store.
Children's privacy
Hork is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because all your data lives on your device (and optionally in your personal iCloud), you already have full access, portability, and deletion rights — simply delete the app or use the "Reset all data" option in Settings. For any questions, contact us at hork@patrickvanzadel.com.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date below and note the changes in the App Store release notes.
